Sales Conditions

1. Subject

• 1.1. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the sales contract related to any purchase of products made through the E-commerce site www.antimodandrea.it
• 1.2. The site is owned by Cocktail Service Srl, with registered office at Via Robecco 67, 20092 Cinisello Balsamo(MI), C.F/P.Iva 03496140967, REA: MI-1679068.
• 1.3. All content on the site is protected by copyright and the related copyright rights are owned by Cocktail Service Srl. The site may not be reproduced, either in whole or in part, modified without prior written consent from Cocktail Service Srl.
• 1.4. Any communication from the buyer related to and/or connected to the purchase of products - including any reports, complaints, requests concerning the purchase and/or delivery of products, the exercise of the right of withdrawal, etc. - must be sent to the company Cocktail Service Srl at the email: info@antimodandrea.it
• 1.5. Each Purchase is governed by the general terms and conditions of sale in the version that will be published on the site at the time of transmission of the order by the Buyer. The Buyer accessing the site to make purchases is required, before sending the order, to carefully read these general conditions that have been made available to him on the site and that will be consultable at any time. • 1.6. In order to make purchases through the site: www.antimodandrea.it, the consumer must be of legal age (18 years) and have the legal capacity to act, which the buyer declares to have.
• 1.7. Cocktail Service Srl reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time, at its discretion, without the need to provide any notice to users of the site. Any changes made will be effective from the date of publication on the site and will apply only to sales concluded from that date

2. Product Characteristics

• 2.1. The food sold on the site is produced by Cocktail Service Srl at the facility located at Via Pelizza da Volpedo 46/H, 20092 Cinisello Balsamo
• 2.2. The products are sold with the characteristics described on the site
• 2.3. The products for sale and their characteristics are subject to changes without notice. In this regard, the buyer is invited to verify everything before the final Checkout. 2.4. The visual representation of the products on the site, where available, normally corresponds to the photographic image, it is understood that the image of the products themselves is solely for the purpose of presenting them for sale and may not be perfectly representative of their characteristics and quality, but may differ in presentation.

3. Prices and Purchase Methods for Products

• 3.1. There is no minimum order on the site
• 3.2. Prices include standard packaging costs, while they do not include shipping costs and VAT rates, which are calculated before the final checkout and the buyer agrees to pay the seller the aforementioned price additions
• 3.3. Selling prices and their characteristics are subject to changes without notice. In this regard, the buyer is invited to verify the final selling price.
• 3.4. The purchase order transmitted by the buyer to Cocktail Service Srl through the site has the value of a contractual proposal and is governed by these general terms and conditions of sale, which constitute an integral part of the order itself and which the Buyer, by transmitting the purchase order to the seller, is required to accept in full and without any reservation.

• 3.5. Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Cocktail Service Srl, which reserves the right at any time and at its sole discretion, to refuse or modify it in cases where:
• 3.5.1. The ordered products are no longer available on the site
• 3.5.2. The products are no longer available for orders placed after the 24 hours prior to the delivery date
• 3.5.3. Cocktail Service Srl becomes aware of an error on the site regarding the price and/or description of the products
• 3.5.4. The order cannot be executed due to an error in the information provided by the buyer. In cases where Cocktail Service Srl is unable to fulfill an order or must make changes, it will contact the buyer via email and/or by phone at the contact details provided at the time of registration on the site.
• 3.6. Each purchase contract for the products is deemed concluded at the moment the buyer makes the payment of the total amount requested.

4. Delivery, Transport, and Area of Competence

• 4.1. Delivery will be made via our internal courier, within the time frame and days indicated in the order.
• 4.2. Delivery cannot be made on company closure days and holidays, unless otherwise indicated by Cocktail Service Srl.
• 4.3. Our service, in the Food Delivery section, operates in the Lombardy region.
• 4.4. Transport is carried out in isothermal containers, so as to maintain the cold chain. Once the products have been delivered to the Buyer, Cocktail Service Srl declines its responsibility for how the product is stored by the latter.
• 4.5. Cocktail Service Srl will not be responsible in case of total or partial non-fulfillment of the obligations provided for in this contract, if such non-fulfillment is caused by unpredictable events (e.g. traffic accidents) and/or natural events beyond its reasonable control (e.g. catastrophic natural events, workers' strikes, restrictions on courier traffic)

5. Payment

• 5.1. Payment will be requested from the Buyer at Checkout
• 5.2. The default payment method on the site www.antimodandrea.it is credit card
• 5.3. Payment by bank transfer can be made by prior agreement with Cocktail Service Srl

6. Right of Withdrawal

• 6.1. The right of withdrawal can be applied within and no later than 48 hours before the delivery date.
• 6.2. Otherwise, the buyer will have to pay the total amount and will not be able to request a refund of the latter.
• 6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform Cocktail Service Srl, before the expiration of the term referred to in the previous paragraph 6.1, of his decision, by means of any explicit statement. In this regard, to facilitate the timely management of the request, the Buyer must report everything via email to the address info@antimodandrea.it and by calling the number 026124992.
• 6.4. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Cocktail Service Srl will refund the payment received from the Buyer via bank transfer to the IBAN communicated by the latter.

7. Product Compliance

• 7.1. In case of defects in the compliance of the sold products, the Buyer has the burden of reporting any non-compliance defects by the day of delivery, via email to the address info@antimodandrea.it or by phone at 026124992.
• 7.2. Cocktail Service Srl will evaluate the defects and non-compliance reported by the Buyer and will decide what to do.

8. Buyer Data and Privacy Protection

• 8.1. During the registration and final Checkout phase, some personal data will be requested from the Buyer. The latter acknowledges that the personal data provided will be recorded and used by Cocktail Service Srl in accordance with and in compliance with privacy regulations.
• 8.2. The Buyer declares and guarantees that the data provided to Cocktail Service Srl is correct and truthful.

• 8.3. The Buyer may at any time verify, update, modify their personal data provided to Cocktail Service Srl.
