We have all the necessary equipment to set up the kitchen directly at the chosen location. We only use high-quality raw materials and all ingredients will be prepared on-site to ensure freshness, quality, and authenticity of the dishes. The service is fast and efficient, so it doesn’t take too much time away from the party: we really enjoy working in front of the guests, as it guarantees professionalism and it’s always interesting for them to see the chefs at work! Express fried foods, a real wood-fired oven ‘to go’, freshly made mozzarella from the cheesemaker, the Torta Spettacolo prepared with the couple, and many other originalities designed to impress your guests and leave the memory of a truly special day.
In the preliminary phase, we will let you participate behind the scenes of our services, so you can taste the products and choose in complete tranquility. And to ensure the utmost care for the guests, Antimo D’Andrea also creates custom menus for gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan guests.
